Key Dates
Our application deadline is December 1.

You may submit an online application after Labor Day. Applications will be available throughout the months of September and November, so you do not need to contact us the first day after Labor Day. All applications must be received by the school by December 1. Please email Farley Bills if you have any questions.

Siblings and Church members who have joined by September 1, 2026, may opt for early decision. If they so choose, they will be notified by December 5 and need to respond by noon on December 12.

Decisions for all other candidates will be emailed on February 26; parents must reply by noon on March 5.

These dates are in accordance with the rules of the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY).

Financial Aid
The Brick Church School is committed to working with families to make our school affordable. We strongly encourage all interested families to apply for financial assistance; aid is available to students at all age levels. Awards are granted to families on the basis of demonstrated need and availability of funds. Awards are granted for one year at a time and must be applied for annually. Like many New York City independent early childhood and ongoing schools, we use the Clarity program to assist us. This nationwide service uses an objective and consistent methodology to calculate a family’s ability to contribute to educational expenses.
Families who apply for financial aid are not required to pay the application fee. 15-17% of our students receive tuition assistance.
